• All orders are processed within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).

• Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.

🚚 Shipping Timeframe

• We ship all across India.

• Standard delivery time is 2–7 business days, depending on your location.

• Metro cities usually receive orders faster, while remote or rural areas may take a little longer.

💌 Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on all prepaid orders of ₹1199 and above.

• For orders below ₹1199, a standard shipping fee of ₹79 applies.

• Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

🌍 International Shipping

• While Ghibbies is primarily an India-based brand, we also accept international orders.

• For international shipping inquiries, please DM us on Instagram (@ghibbies) and our team will assist you with details.

📦 Tracking Your Order

• As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS.

• You can track your package anytime to see where it is on its journey to you.

❗ Delays & Exceptions

• While we do our best to deliver on time, delays may occur due to weather, courier issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

• Ghibbies is not responsible for delays once the package is with the courier, but we’ll always assist you if you face issues.

📍 Address Information

• Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.

• Orders with incomplete/incorrect addresses may face delays or be returned.

Other Policies 

• Delivery Attempts: Our courier partners will make up to 3 attempts to deliver your parcel.

• Customer Responsibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to be available to receive the order during these attempts.

• RTO (Return to Origin): If all attempts fail, your order will be sent back to the Ghibbies warehouse.

• Reshipping Charges: To ship the item back to you, a reshipping fee of ₹130–₹180 (depending on your location) will be charged.

• Return Fees: Ghibbies does not cover return-to-origin fees caused by missed deliveries or incorrect contact details.

• Contact: Ensure your phone number is correct to receive delivery OTPs and coordinate with the agent.
